These orders are legally binding and enforcable. As of 11 February 2021 the Tenancy Tribunal can hear claims up to the value of $100,000
However, just because you have an order, it doesn't always mean the tenant or landlord debtor will do what they’ve been ordered to do by the Tenancy Tribunal

We will pay the associated civil enforcement costs for you, so you don’t have to pay them. The civil enforcement costs will be added to the debt and repaid by your debtor along with the original debt amount.
