Rent Management Service Option 8 Commission 6.95% + G.S.T. of collected rent.For private landlords - other discounts are also given for multiple property owners or property managers.
FIRST - THE GUARANTEE We will pay you up to 6 weeks rent after the tenant(s) stops paying, or rent up to and including the date of termination whichever is the lesser, to a maximum of $1500, (before deducting surplus bond not put to other outstanding costs), if we can not locate the errant tenant within 6 months of them leaving your tenancy. This will be paid to you within 6 months after the date of termination or when the tenant pays whichever is the sooner. If the tenant is located and an arrangement is made for them to pay the arrears by instalment this will nullify a claim against this option until such time as the tenant stops paying again and can not be re-located within 6 months after the date of the last payment we received. To Include: - Weekly Collection of RentPlus Free:* Tenancy Information New Zealand (T.I.N.Z.)checks via our online tenant checking system - www.tinz.net.nz * Credit checks via another major credit reporting agency * Preparation & lodgement of Tenancy Tribunal Applications * Issuance of 10-day notices to remedy breaches by tenants for non-payment of rent. * Attendance of any Tribunal or mediator's hearings in regard to rent owing * Solicitor's preparation of any enforcement order an application (currently $256 per Tribunal order) * Court enforcement application costs (currently $90.00 per Tribunal order) and/or attachment orders (currently $80.00 per TT Order) on source of income. *Solicitor's appearance at the examination hearing (currently $128 per hearing). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Debt collection and and tracing costs fixed at 20% + GST of all rent money owing per Tenancy Tribunal or Mediator's Orders More about the system & forms in Word format More about the system & forms in pdf format

Rent Collections has the right to veto any specific tenant due to previous poor paying and/or credit history; or known previous demeanour or attitude; or criminal associations or history. C.I.A. Rent Collections has the right to not accept assignment of rent collection for any particular tenancy address. C.I.A. Rent Collections has the right to immediately terminate the tenancy if rent is unpaid for a period of not less than 21 days. |
