Please go to the page "Our System" to show you how to use these forms. Please note you can now upload your debt on-line by clicking on Upload Your Tenancy Debt or Upload Your General Debt or by clicking on one of the boxes to the right of this screen.

You will also need to select an option for billing from the "Fees schedule" page, however, we would recommend our Option 2.
