If you want us to add our collection costs to a general debt you need to have brought it to the notice of your customer, prior to them using your services or buying your products, to meet the basic requirements of the Fair Trading Act. On 1 July 2012 the Ministry of Justice increased its fees for filing of application to enforce (collect) as debt. See new schedule of costs.
