Tenancy Debt Collection Service

We are specialists in the tracing of errant tenants and the recovery of debt from these persons. On a recent analysis we found that we located 89.7% of errant tenants and gained voluntary recoveries from 86%. We filed and monitored Court Enforcement procedures on the balance on behalf of the landlords.

 We believe in face to face contact with tenants as this invariably gets the best results.

 We currently work for many hundreds of R.E.I.N.Z. property managers and many more private investors from the N Z Property Investor's Federation.

We monitor the on-going repayments by your debtors to ensure they pay every last cent.

We will initiate, prepare and appear at any District Court enforcement hearing on your behalf. We have also presented cases at the Tenancy Tribunal, however, if you have been managing the property yourself you are in a far better position to refute any untrue assertions at hearings so you will be required to attend where possible.
